This commitment is the corner stone of our Quality Policy and we strive to achieve it by putting into place a Quality System, which adheres to the ISO 9001 Quality Standard & HACCP, and an environmental management system which adheres to the ISO 14001 EMS standard. Together with our associates, customers and their continuous feedback, I am hopeful we will take SMART to next level.

Each year, we set annual objectives in order to meet with our vision and mission and review that has it done or not. To have a continual development, we review the action plan based on finance, services quality, health environmental safety & social responsibilities, knowledge management, development and reporting and enclosed it by the top management by annual basic.

Another of our highest priorities is to continue fulfilling our corporate social responsibilities, helping us to make the world a better place for everybody. Financial results alone are not enough: the societies and communications within which we operate want companies to focus on enhancing lives and livelihoods, not just enhancing returns to their shareholders.  Some of the ways that we will do this include enhancing the openness and transparency of our operations, increasing the range of our CSR activities around the world, and taking the lead in establishing mutually beneficial relationships with our partner companies.
