U Tint Sann graduated with Bachelor of Science Geology in 1973 and a Master of Science (Regional Geology) in1974.He received a Diploma in Applied Geology at Rangoon Arts and Science University, Myanmar. U Tint Sann has 38 years of working experience at Myanma Oil and Gas Enterprise (MOGE) as a Geophysicist. His last position was to manage the Operation and Logistic of Geophysical affair of PSC Companies in Myanmar. He was responsible for supervising data overview. Since his retirement from MOGE in 2013, U Tint Sann is a voluntary member at Myanmar CLCS (Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf) organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

U Soe Hein

U Soe Hein graduated with Bachelor in Arts, Psychology in 2002 from University of Distance Education, Yangon, Myanmar.He gained a Master of Business Administration in 2015 from Yangon University of Economics. He has attained an Executive Diploma in Management & Administration from UK in 2017, Specialist Diploma in Strategic Management in from UK in 2017 and Diploma in Business from Singapore in 2011. He is certified in many areas such as Myanmar Directorship Certification, KPI Mastery, Diplomatic Skills, Advanced Business Studies, and International Trade.
He is the Founder and President of SME Business Institute (SMEBi-8 Campus in Myanmar). He is also participating as the Advisory Board for Asia Entrepreneurs Academy –ASEAN in Myanmar.

U Pyae Phyo Nyunt Oo graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Yangon Institute of Economics. He has been serving as an accounting consultant at the office of SMART Group of Companies. He has devoted 90 percent of his practice to accounting & finance for the last fifteen years. His recent activities include accounting consultant with SMART, internal auditor with Khiri Travel in Travel & Tourism business (HQ is in Bangkok, Thailand), servicing the monthly financial report to Media business (the partner company with the Global New Light of Myanmar Newspapers), to Furniture Manufacturing business, and servicing the taxable matters such as pre-taxable report to do taxation with the inland revenue.

Thant Thant Sint

She completed CPA Part I in 2019 and is continuing her CPA Part II.She is currently working as Senior Auditor for all the subsidiary companies under SMART Group of Companies.She was previously positioned as a Junior Accountant in 2016 and promoted as a Senior Auditor in 2018.

Daw Thazin Nyunt

U Min Min Thet Hlaing is an Energy Professional with eighteen years extensive experiences in the Oil & Gas Sector of Energy Industry within Myanmar. He is currently the Financial Controller of all the subsidiary companies under SMART Group of Companies.He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at University of Yangon in 1996 and Associate Degree in Business Administration in Monroe College, New York in 1999. He has travelled to many countries and lived in various countries such as Myanmar, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and United States etc. Since, young he has been working for various companies and sectors of different industries ranges from clothing, construction, hotel, oil & gas, aviation to F&B.

Daw Khine Myint Htay

U Khin Maung

U Khin Maung completed his studies in Medical & Nuclear Instrumentation at Bha Bha Atomic & Research Centre (BARC) and India Institute of Technology(IIT). He was employed as a Junior Instrument Engineer in Burma Medical Research Institute. After two years, he moved to Schlumberger Overseas S.A as an Instrument Engineer. He was responsible to maintain all logging tools and instruments in good shape for Land & Offshore job. After 11 years of service, U Khin Maung joined SACO under SAI in Singapore as aService Engineer to maintain the aircraft flight instruments including autopilot. After two years, he rejoined Schlumbergeras Senior IE in the Drilling Department. He was base in Singapore and responsible for the Far & Middle East Region to oversee the down-hole tools maintenance. In 1994 he was transferred to Australia as Repair & Maintenance Supervisor base in Perth and worked around the country including New Zealand & Pa Pau. After 36 years of service in 2009, he retired from Schlumberger.U Khin Maung currently enjoys teaching Engineering Students about his knowledge and practical experiences in Instrumentation.

U Than Maung

U Than Maung completed his Law Degree in 1980 and Master of Business Law in 2006 from Yangon University. He also received a Diploma in Maritime Law in 2003. U Than Maung was formerly a Law Officer cum Public Attorney with the Attorney General’s Office (“AGO”) of the Union of Myanmar for almost 16 years standing for the State (Public) on various criminal and civil cases at different levels of judicial courts. His last position in the AGO was Staff Officer in the Legal Department and Translation Department assisting the Deputy Attorney General. In 1996, he joined international law firms and dedicated in the fields of intellectual property and trademark registration for worldwide proprietors, investment, trade and economic transactions including taxation, labour and liaises with government authorities and regulatory bodies in the country. He is the author of more than hundred of articles on business laws both in English and Myanmar language.

Dr. Win WinMyint is a Nutrition specialist who graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Institute of Medicine, Mandalay, Myanmar. She received a Master of Science in Nutrition from Columbus University, Missippi, USA. She is an International Member in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetic. She has been providing Nutrition Consulting for various businesses including Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceutical, and Hospitals. Dr. Win WinMyint is a part-time consultant nutritionist for SMART Technical Services Co Ltd. She is also a Lecturer at the STI University, Yangon Myanmar teaching Nutrition and Dietetic Courses to graduate students. Dr. Win WinMyint is a well-known TV personal hosting Education Programs on Healthy Nutrition for the community.

U Chit Nyi Nyi Hlaing

U Chit Nyi Nyi Hlaing graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, Massachusetts in 2007. From April 2008 to March 2009, he worked as the Assistant Manager in SMART Electrical Co. Ltd. In April 2009, he joined the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) as the Operations Assistant for IADC Asia Operations. In February 2013, he became the Assistant Regional Director-Asia Pacific at IADC. He was then promoted to Regional Director-Asia Pacific at IADC in January 2020. He is currently responsible for providing support to all international regional chapters, to facilitate and promote the activities of IADC and maintain member relations.As a Regional Representative, he helps to deliver the strategic objectives that drive IADC’s plans and which support its members.
